As heard on NPR today...
It takes 1 gallon of water to produce 1 almond. It takes 106 gallons to produce 1 oz of beef. I'm thinking, "eat more veggies". Hello Neighbors!
Tomorrow, 4/21/21 (earth day eve), we are popping up a farm stand in our front year and selling several farm fresh things -- eggs, fava beans, peas, herbs, flowers, artichokes and more. Come visit us! 8:00-9:00am 829 Wheeler St. Santa Rosa Our tomatoes are officially on! We've been enjoying Greek salad with fresh Japanese long cucumbers, tomatoes and onions from our garden. Today was our first delivery of zinnias to Parkside Cafe + 1.5 lbs of arugula. Time to build the solar dehydrator and to start using my great grandmother's day pickle recipe.
We are swimming in freshly picked food. Here's what we currently have available....please call us with your order 707-331-6850 or come on by.
